Join us for the Roots of Resilience Mental Health Day, a transformative event dedicated to supporting and empowering Black youth across Canada. This day-long conference, taking place on May 23, 2024, offers a unique opportunity for Black youth to come together, share experiences, and access valuable resources. From engaging workshops to inspiring keynote speakers, participants will explore strategies for building resilience, promoting mental well-being, and navigating life's challenges with strength and determination. With the participation of 500 Black youth expected, this event promises to be a vibrant celebration of community, empowerment, and resilience.
